Refund policy

At Anisa Fashion Hub, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, accessories, and invoice.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Used or worn footwear.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.
  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless damaged or defective).
  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories.

Refund Policy

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via Bank Transfer or UPI after verification.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered.
  • Damaged or defective product received.
  • Size exchange (subject to stock availability).

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), Anisa Fashion Hub will bear the return shipping charges.

For all other eligible returns, return shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account.
  • Contact your payment provider.
  • Contact your bank.
